GiftChill sells gift cards for use online and in-store. Using our services and purchasing gift cards through our website constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Payment Methods
GiftChill deals with the sale of gift cards using cryptocurrency for payment purposes. No traditional payment methods will be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, online bank transfers, Paypal, check, or cash.
We accept a wide range of different cryptocurrencies, including but not limited to, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, and Bitcoin Cash. All payments must be made through the Coinbase platform. Any transactions not made using the Coinbase platform will not be accepted and delivery of the gift cards will not take place.
All payments are required before delivery of the gift card is made, and failure to pay will result in the order for the gift cards being cancelled immediately.
Receiving Gift Cards
GiftChill does not deal with the sale of physical gift cards. All of the gift cards that we sell are available in electronic form only. Once purchased, the gift cards will be delivered via email. As soon as the payment has been successfully accepted, the email containing the gift card will be sent immediately. Responsibility for this email passes to the customer and we can resend gift cards in the event that the customer deletes the email.
Our gift cards will only be sent by email and cannot be requested in any other form. Gift card codes will not be sent via SMS or through post mail. Our business deals exclusively in electronic gift cards in exchange for cryptocurrency.
We understand that, in some cases, customers will want to purchase gift cards on behalf of another person because they are a gift, or because that person does not have access to cryptocurrency and a Coinbase account. We can accommodate for this, but responsibility for the arrangements lies with the customer.
When placing an order, you will find an ‘order notes’ section during the checkout process. You will need to state clearly that you would like the gift card to be sent to another recipient, and include their email address here. We are not liable for any errors that the customer makes when entering this email address and cannot offer refunds if the address is entered incorrectly and the gift card is sent to the wrong recipient.
Redeeming Gift Cards
Our business sells gift cards for a number of different companies. The way that these gift cards need to be redeemed may differ depending on the company, so there is no set guideline on how all of our gift cards should be redeemed. When purchasing gift cards, you will find details about how to redeem them. These are listed on each specific product page in the product description.
Some of our gift cards can be redeemed in-store as well as online. You will find information on which stores accept them and how they should be redeemed in the product descriptions on the individual product pages.
Responsibility lies with the customer when redeeming gift cards and if errors are made during this process, we cannot offer refunds or new gift cards to replace them.
Expiry Dates On Gift Cards
The majority of the gift cards that our business sells do not have an expiry date. This means that they are valid until they are redeemed and the balance is spent. However, in some cases, gift cards may have an expiry date and this will be clearly stated in the product description. The customer is responsible for making sure that they read the expiry date on any purchased gift cards clearly. If the card expires before it is used, we cannot offer refunds or replacement gift cards. All expiry dates on gift cards are correct and are not subject to change.
Sharing Customer Data
When using GiftChill and purchasing gift cards using cryptocurrency, certain information will be collected about customers. This includes details about their use of the website as well as details about their payment using cryptocurrency through Coinbase.
All data collected will be used internally for our own purposes only. We will never share any of that data with third party companies or marketing services.
GiftChill will implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect any personal data that we collect about our customers. Intellectual Property Rights
Any customer that visits GiftChill and purchases gift cards in exchange for cryptocurrency recognizes that any and all content on the website is subject to copyright law. As such, all information and content, up to and including images, video, audio, text, functionality, and software cannot be copied and reproduced anywhere else, either for personal or commercial use.
The terms of use grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the site to purchase our services.
